How To Order

Orders can be completed online, or placed or with us by fax or telephone. We do not currently ship physical copies of our software - order confirmation and delivery is immediate, via email.

Online Orders:
To place an online order via our secure commerce server, choose an edition of Nucleo or Nucleo Pro above and then click the Add to Cart button. For more than one copy, adjust the number of copies in your shopping cart, and select "Update Cart".

Telephone Orders:

Volume Discounts

Volume discounts are available on each of our products when you purchase more than 10 copies. Volume discounts are applied as follows:
Buy 10 - 24 copies - Receive a 10% discount
Buy 25 - 49 copies - Receive a 15% discount
Buy 50+ copies - Receive a 20% discount.

Volume discounts are only applicable to single products purchased in bulk quantities. Discounts, coupons and promotional codes can be used in addition to volume discounts.

Educational Discounts

Educational and academic discounts are available at a discount of 50% to both students and faculty at qualified academic institutions. To learn more about academic discounts, please visit our 'Educational Discounts' information page, located here.

Returns & Refunds

Because GridIron Nucleo and GridIron Nucleo Pro are available for you to download and try at no charge, we are regrettably unable to accept returns or offer refunds for your software purchases.
