Metadata captured in Flow 2.0 Asset Management | Gridiron Software

GridIron stores the following as MetaData:
- name
- Volume root folder
- Volume id
- Volume mount point folder
- Volume file system type
- Machine Name
- Machine Id (generated and not dependent on machine characteristics)
- File name
- Folder name
- File and Folder hierarchy
- File interdependency and dependency type
- File creation date
- File modification date
- File last access date
- File size
- File type
- File thumbnail image
- File content unique MD5 hash
- All EXIF metadata keys and values
- All XMP metadata keys and values
- All other standard metadata keys and values as may be embedded in XMP including, but not limited to, DICOM, IPTC, TIFF, EXIF, etc
- Font names
- Font family names
- Font file names and paths
- User defined Notes associated with files
- User defined Tags associated with files
- Names of internal file components including, but not limited to, layers, sequences, slides, pages, chapters, bookmarks, etc.
- Document properties including, but not limited to, page count, slide count, word count, creating user, last user to modify, duration, resolution, color depth, pixel ratio, etc
- The association between active file, its associated project, editing user, editing application, and current machine.
- The start time and duration of when a file has focus in a window.
- File version creation time.
- File version modification time.
- File version size.
- File version creator user id.
- File version creator machine id.
- File version thumbnail image
GridIron does not store the following as Metadata:
- Network MAC addresses of connecting users
- IP addresses of connecting users (this information appears in server connection logs)
- User access rights for a given file
