GridIron Software is building a new tool with a slick user interface, targeted at people who work as creative professionals. These are the folks who generate special effects for movies and TV, who create eye-popping graphics for magazines and advertisements, and build slick websites. These people use products such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, PremierePro, Flash/DreamWeaver and all the others), Apple Final Cut Pro (and Motion, SoundTrackPro, Shake and the others), Avid MediaComposer (and ProTools, SoftImage, etc), AutoDesk, QuarkXPress, etc.

GridIron Software is building tools to help creative pros do what they do best.

We are looking for an experienced person to join our team of highly motivated experts and assist in the development of tools for the verification and support of our new and existing products.

Specific Duties:

• Oversee loadbuild, release delivery function, sw repository mgmt, and Software Development Environment
• New software application development integration and testing. Including test plan creation and execution.
• Perform testing for bug fixes and new features that have been introduced into the software.
• Develop installation, update, healthcheck and design support toolset
• Develop testcase automation suite for GUI and product testing

• Knowledge of Unix, Mac, and Windows operating systems
• Experience in software verification
• Experience with software support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Good interpersonal skills required
• Scripting (bash/sh, expect, perl)

• Experience with products in the Digital Content Creation field (including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Fusion, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of software programming methodologies
• Basic system administration skills
