Ottawa, ON, Canada, – April 29, 2008 – GridIron® Software today announced that it is expanding its software development team in its Ottawa headquarters. Several new positions are now available on the Flow product team including software developers and quality assurance professionals. Flow is a new, award-winning workflow management product for creative professionals that will be available through a public beta later this spring and is slated to ship in late summer. Job descriptions for these positions are available at: www.gridironsoftware.com/pg/careers.

“Since introducing Flow in January, we have received tremendous feedback from customers, new users, partners, and the press who are all anxious to get their hands on Flow,” said Steve Forde, CEO of GridIron Software. “GridIron is currently hiring for the software development team that is responsible for bringing Flow to market later this year. There’s still time to get involved in launching version one of a revolutionary new product that is really making an impact in the industry.”

Since its introduction at Macworld San Francisco in January, Flow has received wide acclaim from the press and user communities. Earlier this month, Flow received a Vidy Best of Show award from Videography Magazine at NAB; adding to its Macworld Best of Show award received in January.

Flow is a revolutionary new approach to workflow management for creative pros that dramatically simplifies the design process for print, web, film, and video projects. It automatically tracks your work allowing you to instantly see the relationships between all your assets in your most complex projects—all without changing the way you work. Flow uses sophisticated Real-Time Asset Tracking technology to record all Import/Export, Save/Save As, and Copy/Paste actions in a project. It understands all the assets used in a project regardless of application; and maintains the relationships between stills, movies, sound clips, fonts, plug-ins, and color swatches on all local, network, and removable storage devices. This award-winning software will be priced starting at US$349.
