As you work on your project, Flow’s Real-Time Asset Tracking runs transparently in the background, keeping track of all file relationships by watching your Save/Save As, Cut/Paste, Drag and Drop, and Import/Export actions - in all major creative pro and Office productivity applications. For example, if you copy some text from a Word document, paste it in an Illustrator file, import it into After Effects and create a Quicktime movie, Real-Time Asset Tracking follows each move—and updates the project’s Workflow Map to reflect that change.

All of this happens automatically and invisibly; you won't even need to launch Flow. And since Flow's Asset Tracking understands the dependencies between your project's files, images, movies and sound clips, it will warn you if you try to delete a file that could impact your project, saving you hours of rebuilding.
